We, the community of St. Mary’s College of Catbalogan, Inc., bearing the Ignacian Marian identity, witness to the loving compassion of Jesus, open new horizons with hope grounded in solidarity, and continually journey toward inner and social transformation for the common good.
Mission
We commit ourselves to:
- grow in deeper discernment and interior freedom, and to be prophetic witnesses of faith, hope, and love, marked by ethical and social responsibility;
- pursue innovative programs, approaches, and educational and technological strategies that form globally competent and morally grounded citizens;
- continuously form Ignacian Marian leaders who witness to faith, excellence, and service in varied socio-cultural settings;
- build resources, strengthen capabilities, and develop responsive educational directions that promote social harmony and a life of dignity; and
- expand our educational mission in service of the poor and those on the margins.
