The BSEd major in English prepares students to teach language and literature effectively in multilingual and multicultural contexts. The program develops broad knowledge in language studies, literary studies, oral and written communication, and language teaching methodologies, while also strengthening the ability to use technology, design relevant instructional materials, and engage in reflective and research-oriented practice. It forms future English teachers who can guide learners in developing communication skills, critical reading, cultural awareness, and appreciation of literature.

Student Organization
The Education Department serves as the academic home organization for students under the BSEd program.
